Making the customers job easier
We dont profess to being the biggest company out there; however, we do rival them with our quality administration. You can be assured of receiving an illustrated folder, binded manual, laminated instructions etc. suited to the information we are providing.
When having a large EICR you will be provided with a binded hard copy, illustrated CD and also a USB stick for your own documentation.
Electrical Installation Condition reports are provided with image proof of faults /coding as an extra measure of quality.

Accounts
On becoming a JH customer you are automatically entered into our online e-system where you can print off invoices, statements, estimates including any payments made or credit notes refunded. This is useful when recalling lost invoices, checking statements and general reconciling. Our e-system is generally updated monthly but can be shortened on request of the customer.
Test Certificates
Our test certificates are electronically stored on our local system and are generally submitted via email. We pay a cost for this and keep our certificate layouts in line with current BS7671 or equivalent regulations. We charge an additional fee if works are to be submitted to your local council (this is generally only domestic work).
Risk assessments and method statements
We carry out regular checks on our methods of work to check they are up to standard with current practices in line with our health and safety policy. We also check our equipment on a daily and weekly basis to ensure they are fit for use in the working environment. Where customers need this information it is freely given in electronic format. We also pay a subscription fee for this software.
